NEW INTERVIEW and REVIEW!!

December 16, 2009

The Falcata Times is doing a feature on me today, with a new Interview and reviews of both RAPHAEL and JABRIL. (They like me, they really like me!)

I would have sworn I sent them a picture of me, but …

And for your holiday enjoyment, here’s some tacky Christmas trees. Yikes!

I’m guest blogging today over at Paranormality, a little story about inspiration and vampires. Is it true? I’ll never tell. But I did live in a condo on the beach in Malibu for several years, and the moon does turn the ocean to silver on certain nights …

I’m giving away a copy of one of my books as part of my guest stint, so drop by and say hello and maybe win a book. And for those of you who already own RAPHAEL and JABRIL, I’ll give you the option of a future copy of RAJMUND. I don’t have the release date yet, but as soon as I do, you’ll be the first to know.

Later this week, Wednesday to be precise, the UK review site Falcata Times will be posting an interview with me, as well as a review of RAPHAEL and JABRIL. I’ll be posting a reminder here on Tuesday night, along with the link.

In the meantime, the Winter holiday season has begun. Happy Hannukah to all who celebrate! I wish you all the joy of the festival of lights. Don’t eat too many latkes … save some for ME! LOL

See you all soon.

I’ve been waiting awhile for this review of RAPHAEL from Bitten by Books, and it was worth the wait. Four tombstones and an excellent review!

I’m celebrating right now, but you can check it out here!

CONTEST WINNERS!!

December 8, 2009

As promised, I’ve got winners to announce. I literally put names in the hat, shuffled them around and pulled out the winners. I did this twice, once for each separate contest. And the results
are …

First, the winner of the book giveaway at Over The Edge is … Razlover! Razlover has a choice of an autographed copy of either RAPHAEL or JABRIL, or the PDF version of same.

And … drumroll, please … the winner of my November contest, the winner of naming rights for a character who appears in both RAJMUND and the as yet unnamed Book 4, is … mecano!

And for those of you who didn’t win …
I’m sorry. 😦
But there will be a new contest in January! 🙂

In other news, I should have the release date for RAJMUND very soon, and I’ll also have the title and some early details on Book Four, with my first female Vampire Lord. I’m working on it now and my brain is beginning to itch, so long hours of late night writing can’t be far behind.

In the meantime, I’ve got a big week coming, just in time for the holidays — a new guest blog next Monday at Paranormality , and then a feature interview and review at Falcata Times on December 16th. I’ll post the specific links as soon as they’re up.

And speaking of the holidays, here’s some clever CGI holiday lighting. This one’s been around before. I’m pretty sure I saw it last year. But it’s pretty and has a surprise ending, so hang in there! It’s too bad this is CGI, it’s a cool house. 😛

Enjoy.

I’m guest blogging today at Over the Edge, where my Interview ran earlier in the week. I’m discussing my Vampires Book Four, which will feature the first female Vampire Lord, and the difficulties of writing such a powerful female heroine. I’m still collecting names for the book giveaway over there, so drop in and say “hi,” and let me know what you think.

Also, my publisher is running a giveaway too. They’re giving away three (3) $50.00 Gift Certificates on December 12th. All a reader has to do is fill out a reader Questionnaire about what types of books she/he likes to read and the reader qualifies for the drawing. Go to the website, you’ll see an announcement about the questionnaire with a link.

On Monday, I’ll be announcing the winner of my November contest for naming rights, along with the winner of the Over The Edge giveaway.

And finally, I have a link for those doomsayers who keep insisting Vampires are dead (not MY vampires, baby!) The Word of the Year for 2009 was “twitter.” But you know what came in number 5? That’s right my fellow bloodsuckers, Vampire. Check it out here.
